RI Overpowered Alternate MUGEN Tournament

An alternate version of the "Pointless RI MUGEN Overpowered Tournament" which ditched the unique rules in favor of a traditional Turns Format. I think this tournament worked out better than the main one; several of the entrants are highly annoying and take forever to beat, so they're best served by a short tournament where they can't wear out their welcome. Less is definitely more when dealing with people like "Bowser in Spaceship".
