An average salesman who decided to dress up like a superhero and become a crime-fighting vigilante -or- a soldier who deserted his army, depending on which game's backstory you assume to be canon. Probably the later since that's the story of EX2, from which this character's model was ripped. In MUGEN, Skullomania is a pure rushdown character, without any grapples or projectiles. He just rushes in and pulverizes people. Simple, but almost disturbingly effective: at his one tournament appearance, he effortlessly solo'd a team of two Fist of the North Star HD characters and the Eternal Champion. Unfortunately, he hasn't been seen at any tournaments since then. His Win/Loss Record moved him to a very high tier that is filled with incredibly flashy characters and, frankly, his one-dimensional "trap enemy in corner and spam same three attacks endlessly" strategy makes him less appealing than most others at his level. Still, he's a force to be reckoned with.
