Pointless RI MUGEN Newcomers Tournament

When I was adding a large bunch of characters to the Character Archive, it was suggested that I do a new tournament and limit the possible entrants to the newly downloaded characters that no one knew much about. I ran with the idea, but the available characters were of wildly varying Tier Levels: In an attempt to level the playing field a bit, Players could choose to build a Simul Team of two weaker characters or take a broken character as a Solo Entrant. The gimmick didn't work out so well, it was filled with glitches, and worst of all this tournament introduced us to Cyber Naraku. It's fun, just don't expect any balanced match-ups and beware any fight featuring Naraku.
