Absol is a quadruped, mammalian Pokémon known as the "Disaster Pokemon". Its horn allows it to sense disasters and, while it tried to warn humans of what was coming, people were stupid and blamed it for everything bad. In MUGEN, Absol is a fairly annoying character: Absol is too small to be hit with several attacks, has minimal animation so it's hard to tell how he's attacking, and has a rather annoying screen-flash whenever he uses his Quick Attack--which he naturally spams, all day every day. He's not bad enough to be banned, but picking him is slightly discouraged unless you're enough of an Absol fan that you don't care what everyone else thinks.
