Pointless MUGEN 4v4 Simultaneous Tournament

The first RI Tournament to feature 4-on-4 Simul Battles, back when these were relatively new to the MUGEN world. I added a new rule where each team could request a do-over once per tournament if they lost due to a glitch. This led to some questions as to what counted as a glitch, confusion as to when teams should cash in their do-overs, caused the tournament to fragment into multiple universes, and is generally considered to have been a bad idea. It's still the best 4v4 Simul Tournament I've ever made.
