NRS MUGEN Tournament: Doubley Impactful

TOURNAMENT TYPE: 2v2 Simul AND 2v2 Turns

ENTRANTS: 16 teams

The fourth iteration of the Double Impact series. Both tournaments feature the exact same teams, but are otherwise completely independent of one another. It let people see how characters would perform under the different rules. In spite of the tournaments being independent and featuring separate playlists, they are counted as one tournament for archival purposes.
