The "Quadruple Elimination (Revision A)" Tournament, often shortened to just "Q.E. (Rev.A)", was a cross between the Quintuple Elimination Tournament and the Pointless RI Overpowered Tournament. Available characters were divided into four "Groups" and Players chose one character from each Group to build a Team. Teams would start out with only one member and four lives. Losing a match subtracted one life, but added the next character to the Team until all four members were assembled. Losing after that resulted in elimination.

This is easily the most confusing tournament I've ever ran, possibly the Highest Tier tournament I've made, and currently my favorite of all the tournaments. NOTE: Due to a glitch, Testament [AC} was replaced with Millia Rage [AC}. His entry is noted with an asterisk to show that he was only a temporary part of the tournament.
