After the disappointment of the MUGEN Retro 2v2 Simul Tournament!!, I quickly threw together a 4v4 Simul Tournament to show off some of the weaker characters I've downloaded I've over the years and make a better Simul Tournament. In a lot of ways, this is what the Retro Tournament should have been and turned out quite well.
